How can you state that Vannessa/Placer Dome have no legal grounds? The legal case(s) has yet to be ruled upon.

What brilliant strategy? The Venezuelan government has said all along that the gold belongs to the people of Venezuela. So what is so 'brillian' as if KRY had anything to do with this approach!

As I said before, MUCH more needs to be known about the arrangements for the OPERATION of LC. It isn't KRY'S, it is CVG's. Crystallex only gets to operate it.

If the terms of the deal are good, then Crystallex has a chance to recover the heavy investment in Mael and more. But recall that CVG in reviewing other proposals said they wanted the best for CVG. If this deal is the best for CVG, then it suggests that it is less good for the operator. How much so remains to be seen.

So far, the market is not that impressed. The stock price is up yes, but there is NO shortage of sellers.

Now some sellers may have bought a few days ago, but still holders mush have known the story behind the legal saga, so why would they sell at these prices if it was such a good deal??

You could correctly counter that there are buyers as well, but why are the sellers flooding the market at these prices ($2.17 US as I write this)??
