If I might add, take a look at BRKS and LRCX. I was reading a Merrill Lynch report and the analyst who follows this sector(very bullish) thinks Lam Research is "the cheapest stock in his universe of coverage". His long term (2-3 year) target is $175.00.

I think the best way to play the semi recovery is through the equipment companies. The last half of this year could be choppy but this is the beginning of the next equipment cycle.

As always, do your own due diligence. Just thought I would add some extra selections.
