Really?

All we here know is what you choose to share with us. Acquaintances may see aspects of you that you don't choose to share. They may know you as a community leader, a role you have not shared here. Or they may know you as a drunk with seven DUIs and two maimed children left in your wake, also roles you have not shared here. Not that I think you are that. But nor do I have any independent evidence which would suggest that you are not.

So I would say that we may know the face you decide to present here well, we really have little if any idea who the real you is.
