Ken, CLGY presents a lot of risk, even at $2 a pop.

Today's news cites that the new study for Cellegesic will cost about $1 million bucks. CLGY is about to run out of money, so the new study is probably not forthcoming. They also have to pay back the funds generated from the Cellegesic marketing agreement.

Their only potential source of money right now is a marketing agreement for Tostrex, which is due for an FDA decision in early 2003. One analyst put out a short term avoid rating on CLGY this morning due to all of the uncertainty surrounding the company.
