Roger,
I beleive we could be looking at earnings of for the fiscal year:
0,06 + 0,07 (0,14) + 0,10 (0,17) + 0,19 = 0,42 (0,56)
The numbers in () shows earnings not including the settlement. A sound market would not include settlement costs as they are one-time only, this gives us earnings of around 0,56. A P/E of 15 gives us stock trading at 8,4$ in the end of June 96.
I do not beleive there are preferential shares but if anybody knows this could you please paste that info here.
I beleive you are right when you say that not many people know about this stock. This I beleive is exactly the problem and they might also only be counting 0,09$/share for the next quarter and thinking so what!
Little do they know. I beleive that Teletek should make more effort of getting the info out on the market via Reuters, Bloomberg, Dow etc. If anybody talks with the company make sure you suggest this.
Furthermore, if you know analysts or people at Brokers, inform them about this turnaround. Four months from now there will be many disappointed people, the ones that did not buy on these levels. |
