>>>but what to do from here? rich <<<

Rich,

That's the $64K question. Wouldn't it be great if Brinker would even take this question so that we could educate ourselves on some tactics or strategy to deal with losses or losing positions?

It would have been such a great new direction to take the program in. Instead, the program has become boring, repetitive and devoid of inspiration.

Amazingly, I didn't even jump into Q's until they had dropped to 50 well below BB's original buy point. The sad fact is that even at that level Brinker was still recommending the trade. So I was feeling pretty lucky that I got an even better price than he chose.

In hindsight, it only serves to make me more angry since it's now evident that he was not prepared to exit the trade at any level. Had he been properly schooled in trading he could have saved me and others from getting caught in the loser. But instead his ego led him and many others to an inexcusable disaster drawing people in even as it lost more and more ground.

A disaster that, even now, he fails to address properly. So you ask "what to do from here". I can only tell you what I'm doing. I have split my Q position into long term and short term pieces. The long term part will wait for a major bull market cycle. The short term part I'm forced to trade in an effort to make up for my losses over a shorter time scale. But my trading is a very low risk profile and only at the lowest prices that I think I can get from the market. If I miss a rally that's too bad. My primary concern is avoiding further losses beyond what BB has dealt me.
