This seems to think MLC (multi-level charge) flash is the future... but AMD has been working only in multi-bit flash. Interesting that the concept doesn't work effectively (size) for NAND. Thanks for the article links... Camille's PIN remains a mystery to me but I am sure someone here will figure it out.

EDIT: found the solution(s) -- PM is interested in comparing process & results.
