Petz, The intervals between Dell rumors seem to be shortening. When it comes to Dell, while I would love to see Dell as a customer, unfortunately, the first thing that comes to my mind are conspiracy theories. Do you remember that there was a rumor at the time AMD was ramping up Athlon, and capacity limited to make more of the hot selling Athlons. Supposedly, at that time, Dell wanted to buy some old K6 chips at cheap prices. This seems to be kind of a similar scenario, only a bit early for Hammer. Joe
