Makes sense. The Worldspace satellite service is indeed very left and is primarily there to blow propaganda on to "emerging" Africans. There are, however, many channels and there is only so much rubbish that they can broadcast. Still, it's better than anything local.

What I look for is information or documentaries. There is so much unadulterated muck on TV and radio both locally generated and imported that anything even remotely hinting of something intellectual is immediately welcomed. I am also sick of virtually the same news service repeated ad nauseum on every TV and radio channel --- as I am sure you are.
