Dennis--- Yes-- I remember you BUT I do not appreciate people retireing before me. I'd go 6/1 but that is a Sun so it looks like 6/2. Damn near 9 friggin months! LOL! The way the OH seasons have been I've been thinking of Summer in Toronto and Winter in OH. I do not think I'll ever be "OLD" enough to move or even winter in Fl. Actually, After time spent in SE Asia it was decided never to go anywhere hot & humid, not even to die (thats why people go to Fl right? To see others die around them & gain a little confidence? < LOL!) There have been several nice HD trades recently. Sadly still holding a little high enough to believe no matter how old I get it will never turn green. Like you I'm looking to buy again, but lower than the 30s. John
