Would you happen to be refering to the dictator in Turkmenistan, Turkmenbashi? He's vastly more egregious than SoDamn Insane about plastering his image everywhere. And, you'll be happy to know that as a bona fide repressive totalitarian despot that he's an ally of the U.S., a friend of the Bush family and harboring U.S. Special Forces teaching the Turkmenbashi thugs how to suppress any democratic nomads who might even consider fighting oppression.

Oh, my goodness. I guess you haven't heard the news. That story about the Kuwaiti babies tossed out of incubators in the Kuwait City hospital? It was a complete lie. The young girl who testified before Congress wasn't even there. She was the daughter of the Kuwaiti ambassador to the U.S., though she lied convincingly to the Congressmen. She lied about everything. She was trained to lie by Hill & Knowlton, a famous public relations firm with big offices in Washington, D.C. H & K, and their competitors in PR, John Rendon & Assoc. are getting fat on the tax money you are paying the government to lie to you. They are doing a ton of disinformation and propaganda work for DoD, State, Voice of America and other bureaucracies that want to cheat you.
