Scott, I live in Kansas City, so I have the advantage of local reporting on Cerner in The Kansas City Star. Yesterday's (Friday, 7/18/97) advance of 2 5/16 was pretty impressive on a day when the market was down sharply. I sort of anticipated some news in the morning paper, but saw nothing. Just checked Cerner's home page and nothing new beyond the second quarter earnings report. Volume has also been up, along with the share price increase. Cerner's all time high is $36.00. I have been a shareholder since 1989 with a cost basis of about 1 1/2, adjusted for splits. My philosophy of buy and hold has served me well in Cerner's case! Gary Richards
