"Use your head" Use yours Bill. Cheney has been out there for nine months alienating the leaders of the major countries preaching "regime change", which is politically completely unacceptable AS A POLICY. Now we are in the ridiculous position of having to undo the damage Cheney did and build a coalition from a position of international political weakness when nine months ago we held all the cards. If we had staked out a policy of disarmament we would have the whole world behind us and we could talk about regime change if disarmament fails -- because of Cheney it will be far, far harder to bring countries over to that position. It is serious blunder in foreign relations and it is going to cost us.
