I don't think W understands what he is doing. I'm serious. He is not an educated man. He doesn't have
any respect for the rule of law or the Constitution, and it is unlikely that he knows very much about either.

Apart from his disastrous economic forum in Waco, the other big news item from his vacation was
that he was: reading a book.

Probably, Karl Rove summarized each chapter's comments for W to read when he stepped off the
treadmill.

W spent as little time as possible traveling when he was younger and does not have any foreign policy
knowledge. It is ironic that he focuses on a subject on that he knows very little about. On the other hand,
Americans have never been interested in foreign policy so maybe that is why
W embraced the idea of a perpetual or on-going war with other countries. He figured Americans wouldn't
notice.
