Wouldn't it just be a whole lot easier to recruit Iraqi dissidents from within the Iraqi armed forces - and pay them to assassinate Saddam - half now and half when the job is done? You would also need to get rid of his dopey idiot son Uday. The CIA needs to have some teeth put back into the organization, and the New Age politically correct Clinton White House didn't help matters.
