I am still here Mary, a little busy lately, but still here. Tony's board has been quiet for quite awhile now since every issues about Tony had been beaten to dead. Tony out on bail is not a surprise to anyone; in fact, it proves that our justice system works:

** Tony committed a crime, therefore he got arrested.

** Tony was a flight risk, therefore he was denied bail and stayed in jail for more than 3 months.

** Tony is now complying with the judge's request, he submitted his financial statements, he wore a sattelite tracking bracelet, he posted 2.5M bail, and he is under house arrest with very limited movements, he is no longer a flight risk who can skip town with no consequence; therefore, he should be released from jail on bail. THE SYSTEM WORKS AS IT SHOULD BE. He is free because that is how the system works.

He is guilty or not guilty of his alleged criminal activities will be decided in court. Until then, there is nothing new to discuss. None of Tony's supporters have been posting about Tony or praised him as the best thing since slice bread; therefore, none of his dissenters need to repeat that Tony is a crook and a liar.

Everything make sense to me,... the system is fair, Tony got what he deserves (both jail time and out on bail), the world still go around, and everybody still have 24 hours in a day. :-)

Like everyone else, I love to see Tony show up on SI to post; but unlike many of his naive supporters, I doubt that he will because the judge and the law will not allow him. Until his court date, there is not much to discuss, unless of course, he shows up here posting. :-)
