There really isn't too much difference between giving these jobs to H1-B visa workers (which is what was happening 2 years ago and pre-internet) vs. what they are doing today, moving the whole operation offshore, if you ask me. The real impact is going to be on the H1-Bs. I already know some who have returned to india. If somebody wants to cut costs in an area that is a commodity technical skill, hiring american workers to do the job hasn't been practical for years. L
