More predictions:

No terrorism (let's loosely define this as an incident of sabotage, detonating explosives, nuclear, chemical, biological weapons within a 15 minute period causing 5 or more deaths in the United States) on September 11th.

S&P 500 should rise and the 30-year bond should drop.

Unfortunately, after the euphoria (i.e. "we're not dead!") of September 11th wears off, the markets should start trading down. But that's for September 12th.
