But I want to know if Montegue Norman, govenor of the BoE, had a button on his desk so the banks gold vaults could be instantly flooded from the river Thames in case of revolution. And if prior to assuming real power, Montague Norman had had a nervous breakdown in 1912 and, as was fashionable, had gone to Switzerland to be treated by Jung (who was into mind control)....and that is the reason the Bank for International Settlements is in Basle, Switzerland? -lol-
