here want to just wipe out millions of people. If it comes to that ***and let's not forget that money buys everything and brain dead "leaders" too*** those millions and millions are not likely to just sit there and take it.

There are wars and threats of further wars. Uncle Sam armed all and sundry, it armed Saddam and tons of other bloody dictators. Thousands upon thousands have been killed and maimed with those weapons.
And then Sammy scratches its head and plays dummy when it all comes home to roost.
