You can have use of our technology for free, but remember you claimed in public and in court you were not using it. You claimed you were using your own patents and own technology, which you have just assigned to us. BTW this technology you are using, that is NOT FREE and as well as licensing it back to you Xoma can license it to others. But the agreement will look like a victory for BSTE. Even Wohanka will be fooled. Or at least one of him will. Who know's what some of the other wohankitos will think or post.
