JV company formed with Nexsys Commtech

ZTEST Electronics Inc ZTST
Shares issued Jun 3 close $1.55
Wed 4 Jun 97 News Release
Mr James Lalonde reports
The company has agreed to form a joint venture company with its partner,
Nexsys Commtech International Inc, to develop international markets for
Nexsys' two-way wireless communication platform. The company is to own 50%
of JVComp with Nexsys owning the other 50%. Mr Wojciech (Ted) Drzazga,
president of Ztest, will also become the president of JVComp. JVComp will
have an exclusive master licence in its approved territory for all existing
and future products of Nexsys' technology. It will have a mandate to select
suitable partners to develop local markets in exchange for ongoing royalty
payments and an equity position where applicable.
Initially, the focus of JVComp will be on the former eastern block
countries with the first targeted country to be Poland. The Nexsys wireless
communication platform will initially allow for the offering of remote
monitoring of fire and security alarm systems, energy usage management and
automated meter reading and billing capabilities. Nexsys' wireless solution
will be very well received in this particular region because some of the
services it can provide have never been offered to end users before.

Hope this helps.

I am told that the near future could hold at least another doubling of the stock. So far, I have not been misled.
