Medinah AGM Results and Corporate Changes
Vancouver, BC, September 10, 2002 … Medinah Minerals, Inc., (Medinah) wishes to inform the shareholders that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) was successfully held September 8, 2002 and resulted in a number of changes to the Board of Directors and management.
Mr. Greg Chapin and Mr. Larry Regis, Jr., declined nomination to the Board of Directors due to personal and business constraints and Mr. Russell Godwin was elected in their stead. The shareholders approved an increase of the authorized share capital of the Company to 500,000,000 common shares and also that the By-Laws of the Corporation be changed to allow a quorum of twenty percent (20%) to legally constitute an AGM. The By-Law amendment regarding the quorum would be subject to a review of the Nevada State corporate regulations, and if allowed by the State, will be instituted.
