Fukiyama writes well today Yes, he does, Nadine. Thanks for posting that. I had skipped his column today in the WP, and as a result of your post I went back and read it. (He had turned me off with his views on genetics, and he tends to be "PoMo," IMO.) He points out that the USA has been "multilateralist" on trade, while the EU has been the opposite. Good distinction that I had not thought of.
