<Stumped for Answers on Drilling Slowdown> Explainations seem clear cut to me: A general adversion to risk taking is developing in our economy. In energy this is amplified by the boom/bust swings in prices. No sooner than these outfits crank it up, the rug gets pulled out: hearing footsteps. A reason why I think serious shortages (caused by supply issues) will develop over next year or so.
