What is the friggin' point of this kind of headline on CBS Marketwatch? The low of the day is $29.08. Who cares if it is up 4 cents.

Why don't they post headlines like this:
2:30pm 09/11/02 [GE] GENERAL ELECTRIC SHARES DOWN 28.45% IN 2002

Then 10 minutes later they could post:

2:40pm 09/11/02 [GE] GENERAL ELECTRIC SHARES NOW DOWN ONLY 28.38% IN 2002

Hmm .. 2:30 time to start ramping .. let's get some positive stuff out .. how's GE doing? Oh shit only up 4 cents huh? Ok ..
