Agree. On an intraday basis there are always plenty of great shorts as well as great longs. Until recently I was liquidating most of my long daytrades almost completely before the close. For the past few days it's been well worth holding some overnight, taking profits after the open and then buying back later in the day. Works for me, anyway, and is consistent with what I'm seeing on many daily charts at this time. For example: yesterday I bought a bunch of NTAP at 9.17, sold much of that today at 9.80, and then bought back those same shares at 9.45. I did the same thing successfully today with many of the other issues I've already listed. When that changes or stops working (as it undoubtedly will when they become overbought again), I'll alter my strategy accordingly. Here's to longs and shorts both making money on the same issues on the same day...Cheers! All imo...have a happy and safe evening--MK--
