BB Biotech Sold 202,000 Medicines Co Shares In August Wednesday September 11, 5:25 pm ET WASHINGTON -(Dow Jones)- Swiss biotech investment company BB Biotech AG sold 202,000 shares of Medicines Co. (NasdaqNM:MDCO - News) common stock in August, according to a filing released Wednesday by the Securities and Exchange Commission. BB Biotech sold the stock between Aug. 8 and Aug. 15 for $9 to $9.73 a share, reducing its stock holdings to 3,798,000 shares at the end of the month, the filing said. Shares of Medicines Co. recently traded around $10.04 each, up 34 cents. Medicines Co. develops pharmaceutical products.
