What you say is simply untrue. In his many April discussions of
the gift horse buying opportunity under Dow 6600 Brinker
recounted his expectation of a rally beginning during spring
that would carry the Dow and S & P to new record highs and
also could carry the Nasdaq stocks along for the ride.
Last time I checked this is precisely what happened, with
the tech and pharmaceutical sectors Brinker pinpointed in
April leading the way in spades.
