"sold the Aug.options yesterday" Are you covering yourself in case
UTEK misses their earnings projection?

I also own some of the Aug. 20's that are very profitable. My strategy
is the following. If UTEK reports a weak quarter and the stock drops
to the $20 to $22 range I'll buy options on the Feb. 20's as much as
I can afford. If Utek reports good earnings I'll buy the Feb. 30's
as much as I can afford. Buying a good company that gets dumped
because it misses earnings by a cent or two has been my option
strategy for the last six months. This has been safer than trying
to buy options on overpriced stocks with high P.E.'s.

Getting back to selling the Aug. calls. What prompted you to sell them?
Which options on UTEK, from your perspective, represent the best
risk reward ratio?

I sincerely appreciate your postings on UTEK and have made UTEK
one of my core holdings since last OCT., based on your postings,
and the other technically proficient reporters.

My problem is that I have spent too much time in the Congo and too
much time in the jungles of South America to keep up with technological
advances, and know their implications.

Thanks Again, Jerome
