Executive pay is excessive??? Common, if you don't have 100 mill. who are you? NOBODY. How are we gonna attract talent without 100 mill guarantees??? Everyones doing it, sports figures and stars all make 100 million, WTF! I vote for 100 mill being the base guarantee for all CEO's.... and double that for CFO's cause they're the ones who create the earnings that rocket option values so the CEO's have SOME upside from that base 100mill number. DAK
