It has started wars with no provocation, That's debatable. Regardless: 1. It fought those wars with American support (crucially, liars like you prevented the American public from finding out what was being done in their name) 2. America has started much bigger wars with no provocation. 3. The region, which was cowering in fear of Hussein in 1991, is not any more. It has attempted to assassinate our President ... after we attempted to assassinate theirs. . It pays bounties to families of suicide bombers in Palestine explicitly to promote that atrocity and prevent movement toward peaceful resolution of that conflict. We pay bounties to Israeli soldiers implicitly for targeting civilians. So, we are not as honest as Iraq. It is working to acquire WMD's according to numerous defectors. We have already acquired them, and used them to kill hundreds of thousands of innocent civilians. We're not going to "take their oil". Watch and see. Total, Elf, and the other oil companies that have worked out contracts to develop the fields will be elbowed aside for American companies. Tom
