You did imply we started WWII. 3. The region, which was cowering in fear of Hussein in 1991, is not any more. Or is Iraq's current WMD strength already sufficient to intimidate the region into trying to curry favor? We pay bounties to Israeli soldiers implicitly for targeting civilians. No, we don't either implicitly or explicitly. So, we are not as honest as Iraq. Yes, I know you have more sympathy for Iraq than your own country, you traitorous hearted cur.
