First, every time Bush comes up with a stimulus package Daschale shitcans it without a vote or even any discussion, just like he does with the judicial nominees.

Second, half the world is turning over rocks looking for OBL in case you haven't been paying attention. It's not like Bush can fly over to Afghanistan and drag the SOB out of the nearest saloon.
