more clownish CNBC interpretation of high trade gap data
once again trade gap was at record high
but supposed expert Liesman gets it backwards
he said something to the effect that with a declining dollar, our imports remain strong and the trade gap is not moving down, which would be expected as in the past

he interpretation is that the consumer is as strong as ever
since when is a hemorrhage of one quart of blood per week good for the patient?
the key element to the trade data is that the US Economy has a vastly reduced mfg base from which to benefit from the cheaper dollar
outside InfoTech, we dont export much (except arrogance)
so far my prediction of declining dollar leaving the trade gap untouched and dangerously high is occurring as written

these CNBC guys are clownish idiots
do they realized that while the consumer spending is entirely financed by adding to the debt burden, these same consumers are being laid off at over 420,000 per week?
the jobless claims was much higher than expected

these guys are clownish idiots
the state of affairs among economists is abysmal!!!

I suppose the ultimate strength in the trade data would be for it to rise above 10% of GDP
Mark Haines stated concern about trade gap over 5% GDP
but he doesnt follow it up to counter that goofball Liesman

bad economic policy breeds endless recession and volatile cycles
