I missed the speech...perhaps later on C-Span I can find it. Who knows what the higher-ups are thinking. Bush must realize that free-religion Iraq is a necessary Bishop on that side of the board that helps keep the pawns in order. Too bad the Hussein in charge there isn't like his counterpart in Jordan was who was appreciated and respected by everyone.
