Looks like Bill Joy is going to lose about 2mm$ on his recent buy.. (not that this is anything unique, insiders are getting killed in this mkt)-

9:28AM Sun Microsystems: cautious comments from Solly (SUNW) 3.37: Salomon Smith Barney says that following at recent meeting at the co they continue to believe that SUNW's transformation from a RISC hardware and UNIX OS provider to a hybrid platform and software-led player will be disruptive to the co's current business model, and that these actions will not be enough to offset declining hardware profits in the near-term; says a 15-20x P/E multiple applied to firm's FY03 est implies a 12-month price target of $2.
