I suggest that the stock decline might be due to a mid-year 2000 start up for Gold Reserve recently announced (June 18) in the latest quarterly report. Also the obtention of deep rights keeps being delayed quarter after quarter. I suspect investors are parking their funds elsewhere. I doubt that the KRY/PDG situation at Las Cristinas will have any impact on GLR. The time frame for resolution is irrelevant given the year 2000 target start up. Patience is the word for GLR.
