OT We have regional differences, today. The war was to preserve the union. The reason the war was fought was slavery. When teenagers are fighting, it is more importnt to judge the motives of their leaders. The other regional differences could have been solved politically. I claimed "credible evidence" not "beyond a reasonable doubt". My goal is not to put Ashcroft in jail but to get a new Attorney General. Ashcroft and Lott don't meet the "above reproach" criteria.
