Why have we and the soviets spent a trillion for our own WMD? Not to use them, but to make sure the opposition knows that if they step over the line.... The same here, it is a deterrent, not a first strike weapon. Surely not a first strike weapon against the US. I am not saying let him develop these, bu we should find smart ways, short of a unilateral invasion. Zeev
