Has Bush or anyone else shown where Iraq has the needed materials to make weapons of mass destruction? All the European countries say no.

What Bush has said is that if Iraq acquired the needed components then they could make a nuclear device in a few months. This also applies to any country with some decent scientists.. Mexico, Cuba, or Saudi Arabia.

Creating a nuclear device and then being able to do something with it are two entirely different problems. They could make a crude device the size of a rail road box car.(quite un-usable) This country and the Russians have spent decades trying to reduce the size of nuclear devices...why would one think that Iraq would be able to do so on their first try?
