Whoa, Nellie! Boy did I get a surprise in the mail today. I had always thought shareholder class action lawsuits were for the lawyers to make out like bandits and therefore thought nothing would come from the lawsuit against SWTX that was filed...what two years ago? I had forgotten all about the suit...but received in the mail today a check for $18,660.00. Santa Claus came to Texas in September! Did anyone else get a settlement check?
