Ice, GM - All -- just about a month ago back in post ~501, Ice got us talking about the critters in his neighborhood (and his howling dogs). I made a mention of the big cats that have been repopulating this area. Sorry to say that we have just had two kids attacked this week in two different parts of Colorado. One was injured, the other - a ten year old boy hiking ahead of his parents on a popular trail - was killed. A park ranger standing guard over the body was attacked by the same cat three hours latter when it returned to its "prey". The market may a jungle in its own right, but sobering events like this sure drive home the need to keep things in a balanced perspective.
