Well, well, Tom. I must say, I've never seen you go this long without taking the time to reply, however briefly. Are you on vacation? Sick? Is your computer down? Or is Wayne actually telling the truth about you being suspended? At any rate, I fully expect you'll have something to say on the Puplava mortgage commentary of Sept 3 when you have a minute. Since I haven't heard from you, I'll save that other piece by the mortgage company owner about her thoughts on the state of the current mortgage market and whether or not we are in a housing bubble, until you reply. g_t
