Sparky,

I used a poor choice of words when I said FSI had not broken 18. What I meant to say was it had never closed at 18 or better. That's a small point anyway. The fact is the stock seems to be on a good upward profile. The upward slope of the present trend is quite steep. It will be interesting to see how long it can keep it up without bending over and/or violating the trend line.
