Larry, I think the question was about the word re submission. Cacaito, know about Class 1 and Class two letters but it took him 21 days, not hours, not to figure it out but to admit others were right. At the end of six months the FDA could still say, this is what we want, can you come up with something like this? Let us know and we will get back to you. While i enjoy seeing BGEN get jerked around, I think the FDA has no business delaying approval. The committee was in favor of Amevive, lets' get the show on the road. Even before the committee voted to approve it derms and patients wanted it. Why not let the public decide, just as they can with herbs, minerals and vitamins?
