Hi Wayne.

I had hoped along with, I am sure every CLL shareholder that things would have worked out without it coming to this. However, without the 45% interest of the Ojolali that CLL is due, I am all for this lawsuit. I have waited a year holding my CLL shares, I can wait two or even five years.

I believe the Ojolali property has the gold, so I will be playing the winner of this saga, which I personally hope will be CLL.

I do not know if CLL share price will rise on Monday as there is still far too much uncetainty. But I would almost bet that ANZ share price will drop.

IMHO, I think the ball is in ANZ's court and they should be careful how the return it because CLL came to play!
