I do agree that we need to deal with more fuel efficiency and conservation................Here is Ca we found out that we wasted much energy...............just a few kinks here and there and it is amazing how much energy can be saved. Just a few small things can make a huge difference if millions of people take the idea to heart. Dick Cheney said that conservation would never work to decrease energy needs here in Ca to a level that would defuse the energy crisis............the people of Ca proved him wrong. This country has done little to develop alternative sources of energy and to curtail consumption.
