Arafat rules over villages and shanty towns, without access to the Internet and long distance. In many cases they probably don't even have toilets.

I have always believed it was the Saudi's and the Egyptians, in particular, and the Syrians and the Iraqi's who gave Arafat hi sorders.

To me, he is just their puppet.
