Traffic rarely affects me. I have the golf course about 3 or 4 miles away, a garage for my extra wheels halfway between, and I really don't go anywhere else. Once in awhile I go to the Jersey beaches, but usually I leave before the traffic builds. I belong to a golf club down there as well, I hate the shore. Can't handle the sun. We may move to that area once the last kid gets out of HS. So I joined a club to have something to do while my wife builds sand castles. I just hope the real estate speculation is still in full swing then. Property values are skyrocketing out here. It's absolutely ridiculous; once the market turns down another 1200 points that boom will collapse, I would think.
